Discomfort

That new thing we’ve been waiting for is going to change things for the better, but parts of that change are going to be uncomfortable. We should be prepared for that so that we don’t misinterpret discomfort to mean something is wrong or that the change was a mistake.

If it’s not a little uncomfortable, can it really be growth?

  1. Dear Rocky,
I don’t need to ask what brought on this topic as this week ends. You’re in my prayers as we go through this transition. Thank you for your leadership, especially since Tom’s retirement.
    Yours in Christ,
    Margaret

    1. Bless you, Margaret. Lots of change is happening in this season, almost all of it good. This post was inspired by the discomfort of being without our car, because daughter had a little wreck while learning to drive. Everybody is fine. It’s going to be good when she has her license and can drive, but there’s some discomfort along the way for all of us (and the owner of a certain parked vehicle).
